Support Channels provides support for all our products. We setup your Web Application so it is guaranteed ready to add your specific content. 

Support Hours

Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern US time. During this time, we can provide feedback on any support queries within 12 – 24 hours, we will also commit to answer any queries outside of these hours within 48 hours.

Extent of our support

We understand that there is a fine line between what is considered support & customizations. Customizations are defined as any new functionality beyond the described Web Application on our web site.

We will help you with any support related question within the first 30 days, starting from the date the application setup is completed and ready for you to use.

Technical support will be available for the first 30 days after setup. We do have Customization Services if you need additional functionality added to our applications. Any customizations requested are handled in a case by case basis. You will be given a quote prior to any customization taking place. Please contact us at for more details.

Bug Fixing

It is our commitment to fix all application bugs as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. During our general support hours, we can fix bugs within 24 – 48 hours.
